The Carolina Corset is a one-of-one haute couture creation.
Crafted from reclaimed silk sourced from vintage Indian saris, each strand has been transformed by hand and sculpted into flowing organic forms inspired by the rebirth of the silkworm. Handcrafted roses emerge across the silhouette, while organic bamboo cotton crochet is woven throughout as a delicate finishing touch.
Created through an intuitive draping process, the corset evolved as a conversation between artist and material. No pattern exists. No reproduction is possible.
